The Charlotte Hornets are trading Miles Bridges, a 2029 first-round pick and a 2027 second-round pick to the Phoenix Suns for Grayson Allen, Royce O'Neale and a 2033 first-round pick, sources told ESPN's Shams Charania.

Sources: Hornets acquiring Finney-Smith from Rockets for picks，

The Charlotte Hornets are acquiring Dorian Finney-Smith and three second-round picks from the Houston Rockets, sources told ESPN's Shams Charania.

The Hornets continue to add veteran role players who can shoot and defend along with draft assets for the future. The Hornets receive second-round picks in 2027 (via Memphis), 2028 (via Houston) and 2033 (via Houston). They now have 20 second-round picks over the next seven years -- the second-highest number of tradeable picks in the NBA.

Dennis Schroder

Sources: Cavaliers trading Schroder, cash to Hornets for Mann

The Cleveland Cavaliers are trading Dennis Schroder and cash to the Charlotte Hornets for Tre Mann, sources told ESPN on Friday.

In Schroder, Charlotte picks up an established veteran at point guard who has history with Hornets president Jeff Peterson and coach Charles Lee from playing in Atlanta at the start of his career.

The veteran ball handler will be joining the 12th franchise of his career after being traded for the ninth time in his career, the second-most times for a single player in NBA history. The well-traveled vet has been remarkably durable over the course of his 13-year career, playing in at least 60 games in each of the last 12 seasons, and at least 70 games in each of the last three. He has also played in 91 career playoff games and joins a playoff-starved Hornets franchise that has not made the postseason since 2016, the longest active drought in the NBA

Hornets star Kon Knueppel sidelined with hamstring injury。The Hornets have ruled both players out for all four of Charlotte's preseason games. They will be reevaluated "during the first week of the regular season," according to the team.

Sources: Hornets waiving recently acquired guard Dillingham

The Charlotte Hornets are waiving former No. 8 pick Rob Dillingham, sources told ESPN's Shams Charania on Monday.

The news comes just one day after the Hornets acquired Dillingham from the Chicago Bulls in exchange for Buddy Hield and cash.

Dillingham, 21, will be looking to join his third team in two years after he was traded from Minnesota to Chicago midway through last season and then again from Chicago to Charlotte.

繼 Kon Knueppel 與 Coby White、受傷後，Brandon Miller suffered shin contusion。

（1）Hornets star Knueppel sidelined with hamstring injury，

（2）Hornets shut down White for rest of preseason after calf strain，

Charlotte Hornets PR: INJURY UPDATE: @hornets at BKN 10/6. Brandon Miller suffered a shin contusion in practice and will miss tonight’s preseason game. Christian Anderson suffered a left ankle sprain in practice and will also miss tonight’s game. Both are considered day to day moving forward.（x.com）

Schroder、G.

Hornets ( 王牌 )：Hornets, forward Miller agree to 5-year, $209M rookie extension

Charlotte Hornets forward Brandon Miller has agreed to a five-year, $209 million rookie-scale contract extension, representatives AJ Vaynerchuk and Joey Middleton of VaynerSports told ESPN's Shams Charania on Monday.

Miller, who turns 24 next month, had a career season last year, averaging 20.2 points, 4.9 rebounds and 38.3% shooting from 3 in 65 regular-season games. He was also able to stay mostly healthy following a season in which he appeared in just 27 games.

The Hornets drafted Miller with the No. 2 pick in the 2023 draft.

（Houston Rockets guard Amen Thompson has agreed to a five-year, $208 million rookie-scale contract extension with the franchise, sources told ESPN.）
