I am now turning to your side with my gut feeling that the teacher of performing class is mentally ill.
My advice is not to expand the battle ground to the school administration and history teacher cause that will make them ally.
Please focus on the performing class teacher, highlighting that she/he is an Unqualified Teacher (不適任教師).
Why am I so assertive?
1. She/he is jealous and has biased mind on people who lived abroad particularly the States by saying words regarding America, it actually had nothing to do with the whole issue but she brought it up proactively.
2. She/he accused your kid of telling a lie, please focus on it, what lie exactly did she/he accuse? Any she/he also used mean words to accuse your kid to satisfy her/his own ego.
3. Is the performing Class teacher an official teacher of the school? Or just an part-time hired?
In short, ping point the Performing Class teacher and truth, not the entire school, and sadly, in southern Taiwan, you need political power to help you, sometimes media is not as useful as people think.
