硬碟 drive0 錯誤訊息，請幫忙解讀~

各位高手，請問一個問題
我的電腦一重開，BIOS完後出現以下錯誤訊息
請問，這是什麼意思呢?

系統：
BIOS：Dell OptiPlex GX260 Series, BIOS version A06
作業系統：windows 2000

錯誤訊息：

Dell's Disk Monitoring System has detected that
drive0 on the secondary EDIE controller is
operating out side of normal specifications.
It is advisable to immediately backup your data
and replace your hard-disk drive
by calling your support desk or Dell Computer Corporation.
