However, you have sent your bag to shop at the same time that we don't know why. Now our Taiwan distributor has already contact you about this issue they don't need to charge you as we have 1 Year warranty. If you have any problem, welcome to contact us directly. If you are not satify with what Taiwan distributor did, welcome to let us know more. Please note: We didn't charge you anything for warranty and we have already warned Taiwan distributor about this issue.
