Good day! Our team is getting FlashQ enclosure First Article inspection. Check new photos uploaded in Gallery, looks good. We expect minor modifications in mold and finishing process by factory, then first production batch of FlashQ enclosure should get ready in Aug-end. And we're going the final software test this month. Stay tuned!

A bad news & a good news.
The range of FlashQ revised to 10-15 meters
After weeks of engineering works, we found the boundary had already been reached. The 20 meters range is failed. The ultra small device size limits the range of FlashQ to about 10-15 meters (32-49 feet), with 95% reliability. This is comparable to the general range of Bluetooth headset. Indeed FlashQ gets a Bluetooth-alike radio, in terms of transmit power, modulation and protocol. We apologize for our underestimating the challenge here.
Shipping date announcement
The factory is going to produce the first batch of FlashQ next week. We will start shipping FlashQ on Sep 15th. Email of notification will be sent to every backer prior to shipment (5days in advance). Shipping info would be verified in the email. It takes time to process a list of 1500 backers. Be patient, we will contact you and get FlashQ to your hands soon. Thank you.
