Hi Simone,
I know you are probably very frustrated with all the email. Trust me I am very frustrated.
I believe you also took my call on tuesday morning. You specifically told me that following were done as of 11/5. Prep, Oil pump recall, 1200 miles service and small chip on rear bumper.
You were suppose to give me an update when the car is released to trucking. But that never happened until i send in additional emails on thursday evening, in which you called me on friday morning.
I really like to understand what you told me earlier today over the phone which we did not cover.
1. My car needs to have US map loaded in my Navi. I know for fact this is no longer the case on my car, because we were each given a USB containing European map. I am 100% sure that my car does not need map loading and owners manual. Because when i drop off the car, i already told the shipping company that i took the user manual. I saw with my own eye this was documented in BMW system.
2. The chip on my rear bumper was extremely small and is under the rear diffuser. Its barely visible. How does this become a full rear bumper replacement and potential color mis-match issue.
3. It just so happen that on 11/6 (the day my car was originally scheduled to be released), there was another M5 which BMWNA has finally admitted was backed into. That same car was prepped on 11/5, exactly the same day i was told for my car. Just so convenient that his car and my car are now just one day apart to be released next week. His car is waiting front bumper work and my car is waiting for rear bumper work.
As you have so politely pointed out that cars are first in and first out of VDC. How did his car which arrived a week before me, are both coming out of VDC just one day apart? (yes, i do know about "hot status"). His car and my car are both marked "hot".
