升級win8.1後 ie不能用注音輸入???

阿嘞~~~~為啥我照著更改設定後，還是無法打注音耶，第二音符就跳出 "IE已經停止運作" 的視窗！！

Windows 8更新到Windows 8.1後，開啟Internet Explorer 11瀏覽器時，
發現只要用微軟注音輸入中文，瀏覽器就會出現停止運作的錯誤。

最後要把(KB3065820)：Internet Explorer Flash Player 積存安全性更新移除
再更新安裝
