有這種規定還可以理解。

Android 、 Kindle 、 ipad，三種裝置很類似，
皆為掌上型裝置，且都使用自家特製的作業系統，
所下載的東西也有 DRM 保護技術。

因為都有 DRM 的幫助，所以三系統皆可提供退款，
不過時間長度不一（15分鐘、7天、30天）。

Android 的競爭對手 iPad (iPhone)、Kindle，
皆可提供 7天 以上的退款時間。

而 Google 卻反其道而行，
從原先的24小時，縮短到 15 分鐘，
實在是罔顧消費者的權益。

條款上有3大關鍵字：

1. "Any Content" ：所用內容（商品）
2. "purchase for Kindle from the Kindle Store"：購買自 Kindle Store
3. " 7 days" ：7 天

尤其是第二點非常重要，必須要購買自 Kindle Store，
才能適用此退貨條款。

但 PC、MAC 用的下載軟體因為不是購自 Kindle 則不適用此條款。


明明同樣類似的機器，
為什麼 Amazon Kindle 可以做到 7天退款，
