Unfortunately when trying to process your order we were unable to authorise payment from your account. Our merchant bankers have advised us that the transaction was `declined by the bank`.
These sort of difficulties are not likely to be due to problems with your account and can often be resolved by a telephone call to your bank - I wonder if we could suggest you contact them?
