[求救]Pediwear購物問題！

最近第一次到Pediwear消費，目標當然是超紅雕花Grenson～

但是連續兩次Pediwear都回傳給我一封信

Unfortunately when trying to process your order we were unable to authorise payment from your account. Our merchant bankers have advised us that the transaction was `declined by the bank`.

These sort of difficulties are not likely to be due to problems with your account and can often be resolved by a telephone call to your bank - I wonder if we could suggest you contact them?

Please contact us once you have discussed this with your bank.

We will await your further instructions before proceeding with your order.

起初認為是詐騙 但是刷了刷簿子 打電話到台灣企銀 都沒有消費紀錄
