回來之後,在網路上登記維修,等了半天,網頁上的維修狀態,動都不動
於是就打電話到0800的客服電話
他們應該是用網路電話轉接到中國去
接電話的女客服操著中國口音,我跟他講個地址,聽都聽不懂,一直啊?啊?啊?
講了半天,他才聽懂,我覺得我好像是在跟詐騙集團講話
後來又隔了半天,維修狀態還是沒動,因為我很急著用我的P350
又打電話進去,還市一樣一個操著中國口音的女人接的
他跟我說他查不到我的維修單據號碼
網頁上明明就寫著單據號碼,竟然跟我說查不到!!
我真的覺得這家公司不曉得在搞什麼,省錢省成這樣,客服好像一問三不知
跟操中國口音的女人講話,我真的渾身不對勁,大概是詐騙集團電話接多了吧
線再還不知道我的GPS他們什麼時候會來收,不過現在總算領教MIO的品質了
The bug ( is not Mio's common default) usually needs you phone them directly, someone will receive it next day. At the same time, the speed is so fast and the after-service operators will give us a good service. As you said the condition they didn't know what we asked is none. I am puzzled about it,because I thought they are all trained before.So maybe it is not so terriable. In my opinion, the reason caused your complains maybe is you dont't like the accent of mailand. I suggest phoning the No. directly.
