求救 X61 7576-CTO 申請保固遇到問題

前一陣至拿到美國寄來的X61 7576-CTO，昨天高高興興的上網註冊，結果得到台灣客服人員以下的回應，

Thinkpad 不是都有國際保固嗎？我之前的T40也是在美國買，台灣註冊，就ok了，這次怎麼會這樣？
