小妹在ASOS上已經購物了很多次 都很順利的收到了
但是這次我在8/27訂購了三樣商品 本來預計在9/11收到 8/29已經Shipped
東西我目前都還沒收到 可是我在今天竟然收到一封來自ASOS的MAIL 內容是:
We've received your goods back in order for us to process your return.
However, we haven't got your Returns paperwork so we don't know why you are returning your goods and whether you want a refund or a replacement.
To be on the safe side, we've issued a refund back to the card that was used to make the original purchase. Although we have processed this it can take up to 10 days to appear on your account, depending on who your card issuer is.
If there is anything else we can do, just let us know.

大致上的內容我是懂 就是說他們已經收到我退回的商品 要退款給我(問題是我根本連收都沒收到)
請問這是什麼情形啊~~~(我現在好焦慮 衣服是我訂了要生日聚會穿的)
有沒有人有碰過一樣的情況呢? 建議我該如何處理

real sorry your didn't receive your order. I've looked into this for you and can see your parcel was returned to us. We have fully refunded you and the funds should show back in your account within the next 10 working days. Sorry again your order didn't reach you if you wanted to place your order again, pop over to 'My Accounts' and you will be avle to see previous orders. ASOS Amber
總而言之 就是我的東西不知道跑哪去了 他們要退款給我
假如我想要收到我原本訂的東西 我必須要再重新訂一次
但我不死心的又寫了一次MAIL過去 看能不能幫我再補寄:

他們依舊叫我重訂 還叫我走快遞....
