畢業後工作 留學 世界各地漂泊 始終沒有一個心裡的歸屬
無論大學開始的學生宿舍 還是到工作後的租屋 不管簡陋豪華都覺得跟我無關
始終沒有(也沒能力有)一個能讓我安定的地方
直到兩年前來到竹科
明顯感覺到自己不一樣了
以前survey 旅遊車子或衣服配件 變成開始研究房產趨勢談判策略驗屋交屋裝潢家具 更是常上膜拜01羨慕各前輩的開箱
有著前輩大大們的庇蔭 我很不可思議的在竹科周邊決定了自己的家 胼手胝足焚膏繼晷臥薪嘗膽的一步步來到最終階段
裝淡定的上來upload "終於輪到我開箱 !"

小弟的第一間房子是一間把我財產全梭了的透天 地下一層地上三樓半
由於工法跟用料版上許多前輩已經有望其項背的專業報導 我就比較針對風格設定跟survey
原本風格設定北歐簡約 後來逐漸收斂發現其實喜歡的是北歐精神 呈現出的質感不是來自複雜線條的鋪陳 而是來自材質自然原色的內斂本質
既然有了核心精神跟基調 就不再被風格制約跟箝制 (講得好聽其實就是米克斯的意思XD)
而是給自己一些設定跟原則
1. 重家具家飾而輕裝修
1.1 預算設定 裝潢家具比 1:1
1.2 裝潢預算有限 寧可少做也要要求品質跟安全
1.3 家具家飾少即是多 兼具設計與質感
2. 色調主軸 白 灰 原木色 搭配設計黃色系光源
3. Functionalization, 基調鮮明 動線流暢 層次分明
不違反基礎原則下 搭配考慮風水 儲藏空間 未來擴充性 等
基於以上原則 因為得機關算盡錙銖必較 所以前置作業是要來survey
所有家具家電survey列表控管如下 搭配總表及pie chart 管控總預算

至於裝修的部分 要省錢還要材質講究實在一整個trade off
主軸就是 細節要求、配色比例、空間定位、材料等級、還有就是 留白意境 (其實只是沒錢做XD)
這部分最重要的就是好的設計師帶你上天堂 不好的設計師給你爛裝潢
很幸運能夠遇到一位有品味有實力全力以赴的設計師 非常感謝他在這段期間無怨無悔噤若寒蟬的配合XDD

首先客廳配置主體就是沙發 這套是尋它千百度的Minotti Andersen複刻 既然配色基調是灰跟白 背牆就留白 以後再看看要變甚麼花樣

電視主牆設定則是仿清水模 搭配主音響跟中置與實木基座 整體協調性跟音響爽度都不錯XDD

餐桌用rolfbenz複刻胡桃實木餐桌 木做的部分也就搭配kd的胡桃木色

二樓是單層主臥 這個當初也考慮非常久 因為整層主臥感覺可以打羽毛球 原本打算隔出更衣室跟書桌電腦 最後覺得把空間這樣切割那這間主臥就平庸掉了 決定保持可以打羽毛球的狀態 把書桌電腦貼牆 加上很多很多衣櫃XDD 木地板用肖想很久的QS
