請問一下我的IPAD2 WIFI
這二天用line都不能接或打電話
別人打進來跳到接電話的畫面,不能選接聽或拒絕(當掉了)
請問一下是什麼問題
我已重灌過line,問題還是一樣!!
請求協助!!!
不過大家都有這問題,那就在寫信問看看,是不是更新1.60後就變這樣了!!!!
LINE is available in the area of Wi-Fi.
In case your LINE is not able to connect, We would like to you check the connection by other application and also it would be grateful if you could confirm there is no problem for your Wi-Fi.
At the same time, please confirm bellow status.
= Inquiry =
1) Please make sure your LINE and iOS are latest version
(You can update LINE appilication with this page. http://itunes.apple.com/en/app/line/id443904275?mt=8)
2) In case of the situation has not improved by 3G line, please try via Wi-Fi and confirm there is still flaw
3) Please close applications completely if you have launching applications on multi task.
-Operation procedure for how to close multi task-
(1)Please press 2 times iPhone's home button, and see multi task area on bottom
(2)Press and hold icon of aplication in multi task area
(3)Tap ""Close mark(-)""
(4)Press iPhone's home button for make hide multi task area
(5)Tap application icon as usual
4) Please restart your iPhone.
5) Please synchronize iPhone with iTunes
-Synchronization between iTunes and iPhone
(1)Open ""iTunes""
(2)Connect iPhone with PC
